Voter registration information is available for governmental, political, journalistic, or educational purposes only.
Ordering Instructions
An Application to Purchase (PDF: 35 kB) must be submitted for voter file orders (a copy of your current driver’s license or state issued identification card must accompany the Application to Purchase). Requests may be made in person or by mail and must be paid for at the time the order is placed, deposits are required for running orders (contact us for a quote). Any orders shipped will incur additional handling fees. Fees may be paid either by cash, check or money order and should be made payable to "Sonoma County Registrar of Voters". While we make every effort to process your order as expeditiously as possible, during an election cycle we ask that you contact our office at (707) 565-6818 or (707) 565-6812 to discuss scheduling.
Materials Available for Purchase
Walking Lists
Registered voters by residence address, regular or voting precinct, phone number and political party.
- Per Record:
- $0.50 per 1,000 records
Alphabetical Lists
By precinct or district; residence and mailing addresses, political party and phone number.
- Per Record:
- $0.50 per 1,000 records
Mailing Labels
Computer Generated Labels: Names and mailing addresses on peel and stick labels. Available by household sort and/or political party sort if requested.
- Processing Fee:
- $10.00 plus $11.50 per 1,000 records
Voter Data
Text file on CD; voter file by district. Optional Voter history available.
- Processing Fee:
- $20.00 plus $1.00 per 1,000 records
- Entire County:
- $270.00
Absentee Voter Data
Lists, labels, or a disk file of voters who have applied for and returned absentee ballots. Email also available upon deposit.
