Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds: Gold Ridge Farms

On or about August 16, 2024, the Sonoma County Community Development Commission will submit a request to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the release of $138,200 in Community Development Block Grants/Entitlement Grants funds as authorized by the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Title I, Public Law 93-383, 88 Stat. 633, 42 U.S.C. 5301-5321, as amended, to undertake a project known as Gold Ridge Farm ADA Path and Restroom Facility Improvement Project for the purpose of providing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access to public facility Gold Ridge Farm also known as Luther Burbank Farm. The CDC is moving!

The Community Development Commission and Sonoma County Housing Authority will be relocating to new offices located at 141 Stony Circle, Suite 210 in Santa Rosa on September 3, 2024! The offices at 1440 Guerneville Road will remain open through 5pm Tuesday, August 27, 2024. Offices at both locations will be closed August 28-30, re-opening at our new location Tuesday, September 3 following the Labor Day holiday. Read full story
