Defendant Sean Seeman, 27 years old of New York and Alabama, and recently transient in Santa Rosa, was sentenced Tuesday morning by the Honorable Dana Simonds to serve 29 years and 6 months-to-life in state prison after having been convicted of multiple felonies in two separate jury trials earlier this year. District Attorney Jill Ravitch Announces Consumer Protection Settlement withFashion Nova, Inc.
District Attorney Jill Ravitch announced today that her office, along with the District Attorneys of Alameda, Los Angeles and Napa Counties, settled a civil consumer protection action against a California company known as Fashion Nova, Inc. SantaRosa Man Receives Sentence of 24 Years for Child Molestation
Martin Fonseca, 55 years old of Santa Rosa, was sentenced yesterday by the Honorable Bradford DeMeo to serve 24 years in state prison after having been convicted by a jury in June of this year of eight counts of Lewd Acts Upon a Child, against three different children, all under the age of 14. Santa Rosa Man Sentenced for 2017 Shooting
Defendant Yonas Tesfai Gebremariam, 40 years old of Santa Rosa, was sentenced yesterday to serve 18 years, plus 27 years-to-life in state prison following his conviction by a jury in April of committing multiple felonies related to a February 2017 shooting at a Santa Rosa residence. Read full story
