EFS ACE36 – PeopleSoft Unavailability

PeopleSoft will be unavailable as part of the Annual Catch-up Event (ACE) starting next week March 11, 2021 at 12:00 p.m.

March 10, 2021 at 2:30 P.M. | Checks, ACH and EFT payment requests to be submitted by 2:30 P.M. March 10, 2021 or after March 14, 2021. |
March 10, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. | Solicitations posted on the Supplier Portal cannot be accessed by suppliers or Purchasing staff until go-live on March 15, 2021. |
March 11, 2021 through March 14, 2021 | EFS will be shut down at 12:00 P.M. on Thursday March 11, 2021 which is a normal deposit day for the Treasury. All deposit appointments that are scheduled for Thursday March 11, 2021 will now be moved to Wednesday March 10, 2021 to accommodate, no deposits will be taken on March 11, 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Treasury if you have any questions or concerns. |
March 11, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. | PeopleSoft 9.2.36 update will begin. PeopleSoft 9.2.32 will be brought offline at this time. |
March 11, 2021 through March 14, 2021 | No wire requests will be processed on these days. Wire requests submitted to the Treasury and ACTTC-Claims should have wire release dates either before March 11, 2021 or after March 14, 2021. |
March 11, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. through March 14, 2021 | EFS PeopleSoft will be unavailable. |
March 15, 2021 at 8:00 A.M. | EFS PeopleSoft 9.2.36 will be online and available for use. |

Why is this Update Occurring?
The EFS Support Organization utilizes the latest Images provided through PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) to complete the Annual Catch-up Event (ACE). This annual process will bring us to the most current Image release, available at the start of ACE, offering improved system security and stability. Individual critical fixes identified by the EFS Support Organization will be applied throughout the year to keep EFS PeopleSoft stable and secure.
The EFS Support Organization continues to work diligently on meeting our Annual Catch-up Event milestones while also offering support to the EFS end-user community.
