Online Accounts and Enrollments

Sonoma County Deferred Compensation plans can be accessed, managed and enrolled in online at www.sonom457.com.

By Logging into your online account you can now complete the following changes and updates:

  • Beneficiary Changes - See the View Account tab
  • Contribution Changes - See the Manage Account tab, and select Managing my contributions under the Managing my money section.

NEW 457 Online Enrollments:

  • If you have no other current Nationwide account, you can Enroll in the 457 plan by clicking ENROLL NOW on the main page at www.sonoma457.com.
  • If you previously had a PST/OBRA or have a 401A, to enroll in the 457 for the first time, you need to login to your online account or create online access. Once logged in, you can enroll by selecting the Manage Account tab and then select Enroll in another plan under the Other Actions section.

401(a) Enrollments:

  • Eligible employees will automatically be enrolled by Central Payroll after their first paycheck is issued.
  • Once enrolled, employees will need to create an online account to add beneficiaries which can be done by setting up an online account at www.sonoma457.com. Once your account has been set up, you can go to the View Account tab to manage your beneficiaries.
