Board of Supervisors - District 3
The 3rd Supervisorial District is bounded on the north by Steele Lane, to the east primarily by Petaluma Hill Road, to the west by a combination of roads, including S. Wright Road, Llano Road, and Highway 101, and to the south by East Cotati Ave to Sonoma State University.
The district includes central Santa Rosa, the Roseland and Moorland areas of Santa Rosa, and most of Rohnert Park east of Highway 101.

Fitch Ratings upgrades Sonoma County’s credit rating on Pension Obligation Bonds to AA+
International credit rating firm Fitch Ratings has upgraded Sonoma County’s pension obligation bonds to AA+ from AA, a sign of increasing fiscal stability. Fitch Ratings also affirmed Sonoma County’s Issuer Default Rating at AA+ and provided a “Stable” ratings outlook.
