Additionally, Rhianna collaborates with County departments to lower operational emissions by providing technical expertise and strategic support.

With over a decade of experience working for municipalities within Sonoma County, Rhianna has successfully managed a wide range of environmental and climate initiatives. Her work has included promoting energy-efficient practices in both new construction and existing buildings, protecting water quality and optimizing water resource management, and advancing waste reduction through recycling, composting, and trash management. She has also overseen fleet electrification, procurement, and charging infrastructure development, engaged communities through education and public awareness campaigns, and crafted and implemented environmental and climate-related policies.

Rhianna holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and immersing herself in water-related activities whenever possible.
