LyndseyRose is an internationally recognized and certified Restorative Justice Practitioner and Curricula Developer having created and implemented programs across the country and has has the unique opportunity to share her work on the world stage as a Presenter to the International Institute for Restorative Practices World Conference and working with the United Nations with special consultative status. She has been a champion for human rights since high school where she started her work in Restorative Justice and Campaign Consulting as well as being able to speak at Women’s Marches, in press conferences alongside Congressman Thompson and on a Radio Show she Co-Hosted with the Metta Center for Nonviolence, called Nonviolence Radio. 

She currently finds herself sitting on boards and commissions serving her community, continuing a long line of community centered service; a passion derived from her great grandparents who spent their adult lives rebuilding community after their release from the Amache Japanese Internment Camp. She is one of two Head Coaches at the Santa Rosa Junior College for their Competitive Cheerleading Program and is an assistant instructor of Traditional Japanese Folk Dance in Sebastopol. Her professional passion is in Disaster Response where she has worked with Government bodies and Corporations in times of disaster to restore communities. 

LyndseyRose is excited to rejoin the Human Rights Commission for her second appointment and safeguard the rights, policies and protections of the residents of Sonoma County.
