2020 Consolidated Plan
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), requires jurisdictions receiving federal funds from Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, and Federal Emergency Solutions Grant programs to develop and submit a Consolidated Plan. The 5-year plan identifies the needs of lower-income persons in the locality and the proposed actions to be taken to serve those needs. For each year during the Consolidated Plan period, the Commission submits an Action Plan outlining the proposed projects to serve lower-income persons in Sonoma County, and a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to highlight yearly accomplishments toward Action Plan goals.
