EFS SCLabor Training starting December, 2017

SCLabor is the new tool departments can use to estimate specific costs for salaries and benefits. This includes evaluating the costs of adding, changing and deleting permanent positions, as well as finding out costs associated with non-permanent positions, such as Overtime and Extra Help.

The training will cover:

1. The assumptions SCLabor uses to develop cost estimates
2. How SCLabor works with Hyperion
3. How to develop cost estimates for changes associated with permanent positions
4. How to develop cost estimates for changes associated with non-permanent positions
5. Using SCLabor for Program Change Requests
6. Using SCLabor for mid-year and Q3 estimates
