The average length of time Clients in the Shelter programs are homeless during the month with a lookback date to 2012 in the homeless system.

Monthly inflow of Clients who are coming from permanent housing programs back into the homeless system.

The number of Clients reporting an increase in personal income from employment and/or other sources during or after the program enrollment period.
