Public Notice for Registration Permit: Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agency (LEA)

Public Notice is Hereby Given, in compliance with AB1497 and California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 27 Section 21660.3, that the Sonoma County Department of Health Services, Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) is processing a Registration Permit for Pruitt Recycling Facility.

Public Notice: Solid Waste Management Program Local Enforcement Agency (LEA)

The Sonoma County Environmental Health Department, Solid Waste Management Program, acting as the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) is certified by the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) to enforce state laws and regulations at solid waste sites within its jurisdiction. The Central Disposal Site operates under a Solid Waste Facility Permit issued by the LEA. The operator has filed an application for a Report of Facility Information (RFI) amendment with the LEA. The RFI describes the design and operation of the facility.
