Petaluma People Services Center

We are a community of caregivers existing within the larger community whose sole purpose is to help make people’s lives better. We strive to do this one child, one adult, and one senior at a time.

Sonoma County Fair Housing

Fair Housing of Sonoma offers downloadable brochures, booklets, and other resources for renters, homeowners and housing industry professionals.

Sonoma Overnight Support Navigation Center

SOS is a nonprofit dedicated to shelter the homeless and feed the hungry in Sonoma and Sonoma Valley.

The Living Room Center

We have been exclusively serving women and their children, who are at-risk of becoming homeless, or who are experiencing homelessness in Sonoma County since 1993.

Diaper Project – Child Parent Institute

We embrace and respect all families as our clients and empower both parents and children. We believe that seeking support is how change and growth occur, and we view this as a family strength.

Better Beginnings

We believe that the birth of a child is a pivotal event for families. If we, as a society, can help in this transition into parenthood, we can provide more positive social, medical, and emotional outcomes for the child and the family. Our services begin in pregnancy and extend to prenatal care, birth, postnatal care, and breastfeeding.

Via Esperanza Centro de Educación – Lewis Early Learning Academy (LELA)

Santa Rosa City Schools provides Special Education services for preschool-aged children (3 to 5 years old), with mild to extensive support needs, who live within our District boundaries.

NAMI Sonoma County

NAMI Sonoma County is the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education, support and resources to community members affected by mental illness.

Sonoma Valley Community Health Center

At Sonoma Valley Community Health Center (SVCHC) we want to provide you with comprehensive care for your optimal health. We offer many programs, from early childhood exams, annual physicals, cancer prevention screenings to diabetes management to ensure you have the best health, right now.

Face 2 Face for people with HIV/AIDS: 

We operate with no judgment where people feel comfortable seeking help to navigate  barriers. Our office is accessible, our staff are warm and welcoming, and we commit to our value of finding a way to support you. We provide access to services while giving people agency in their own health, ensuring they feel seen, heard and valued. 

Alliance Medical Center | Clinica Alianza

Alliance Medical Center offers medical, dental and behavioral health services to the underserved communities of Healdsburg, Windsor and the surrounding Northern Sonoma County region.
