2023 Sonoma County Fair is underway
Thrilling rides, 4-H animal competitions, delicious food, horse racing and so much more — it’s all at the Sonoma County Fair.
Fair promotions this year include:
- Free entry for kids ages 12 and under on Thursdays, Aug. 3 and 10
- $1 entry for seniors ages 60+ on Fridays, Aug. 4 and 11
- Free entry if you dress up as Elvis on Friday, Aug. 11
- $1 entry for those who bring at least three items to donate to the Redwood Empire Food bank (No glass please) on Monday, Aug. 7 until 6 p.m.

Santa Rosa Wildfire Resource Fair August 19
On Saturday, Aug. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the City of Santa Rosa will host the Wildfire Ready Resource Fair at Finley Community Center at 2060 West College Ave. in Santa Rosa.
The 2023 Wildfire Resource Fair will focus on promoting wildfire preparedness information and building community resilience. The event features exhibitors including Sonoma County Department of Emergency, Sonoma County Animal Services, Cal Fire, Sonoma County Fire District and more.
Agencies will be onsite to provide valuable knowledge and resources to help individuals, families and the community stay safe and resilient in the face of wildfire.
