Sonoma County achieves record-high net assessment roll of more than $120 billion

Sonoma County Clerk-Recorder-Assessor Deva Marie Proto announced today that the county's net assessment roll has reached an unprecedented high of $120,459,402,383. This marks a 5.22 percent increase compared to last year’s assessment roll, reflecting the value of all real and business property as of Jan. 1. The 2024-25 assessment roll has been officially delivered to the Sonoma County Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector.
