Recruitment open for new full-time Administrative Support Services Manager
to support IOLERO, Office of Equity, and County Administrator

The Administrative Support Services Manager will report to the Assistant County Administrator and will be directly responsible for providing services to three different departments: CAO, Office of Equity, and the Independent Office of Law Enforcement Review and Outreach (IOLERO). The Administrative Support Services Manager will prepare and monitor the departments’ annual budgets, be responsible for the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of employees, be responsible for staff training and safety compliance, keep and update confidential personnel files, oversee all discipline, disability, and discrimination matters, manage and track contracts, and serve as the departments’ safety officer.
