SCPA Labor Negotiations Summary

The County of Sonoma and SCPA initiated successor contract negotiations with a productive opening session on January 10, 2023. The bargaining teams agreed on ground rules for the bargaining process, which included a timeline to submit all initial proposals, and coordinated schedules for future bargaining sessions. The current Memorandum of Understanding expires on May 6, 2023.
The parties’ next bargaining session is scheduled January 23, 2023.
