The Community Advisory Panel carefully reviewed and analyzed the proposals received in response to the above referenced Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). Based upon that review and analysis, we are recommending to the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors that contracts be awarded as follows:

All parties should understand that this notice of intent to award is not a promise of a contract. The County must reach agreement with the awarded parties on all terms and conditions. Parties are reminded that a failure to reach agreement will prevent the execution of an agreement and the award of funds.
