Request for Proposals (RFP) for Project Based Vouchers (PBV) for existing housing

The Sonoma County Community Development Commission, in its capacity as the Sonoma County Housing Authority, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Project Based Vouchers (PBV) for existing housing. Only existing housing that will meet Housing Quality Standards within 45 days of award are eligible for consideration under this RFP. Up to 100 Project Based Vouchers are available through this solicitation. PBVs will be awarded to existing studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units only.  Units larger than 3-bedroom will not be considered for award of PBV at this time. If the Commission receives requests for more than 100 units, the Commission reserves right to limit PBV awards to no more than 25% of units in a project regardless of exceptions to the project limit that may be available.
