Request for Proposals (RFP) HIV Testing and Prevention Services

The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) testing and prevention services.
The Department of Health Services continues to focus on reducing new HIV infections, with an enhanced emphasis on achieving viral suppression for people living with HIV by using surveillance-based strategies. This Request for Proposals seeks to accomplish this by increasing and improving HIV testing, expanding partner services, and increasing and improving HIV prevention and support services.
