Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Prevention and Control
Published: December 23, 2021
The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (Department) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for STD Prevention and Control.
The Department’s Public Health Disease Control Section is responsible for preventing and controlling the spread of infectious diseases within Sonoma County. Disease Control has a history of partnering with community-based organizations (CBOs) to deliver services to those at risk for—or living with—Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). The Department, through Disease Control, is seeking to expand its partnerships with CBOs to further address STDs.
The purpose of this competitive procurement is to identify a CBO(s) to conduct screening, testing, syringe exchange, and referral to other services for the most vulnerable and underserved individuals living with—or at risk for—STDs.
Proposals must be received no later than 2 pm on January 26, 2022.
